Facilities and Features
The Lodge can be booked on either a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis.
Our service is unique in that the Lodge can be booked as a whole - for a day, for a week or for a month, without the need for a contract. This has proved very useful for some of our previous guests who were for example, between house moves (e.g. moved out of their own house when their new house was not quite ready), or having major renovation or repair work carried out etc.
The Annexe (the third room) can be booked separately as it has its own front door - please call for more details.
The Lodge is ideally situated for access to the NEC, Redditch, Solihull, Birmingham, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. It is also just 5 minutes from Moons Moat Business Park.
The local Village pub is just 3 minutes walk from the Lodge.
The Lodge is well situated for Redditch town centre providing multiple shopping facilities, entertainment, recreational amenities, bus and rail transport.
The beds in the twin bedroom can be joined together to make a 7ft - Super King Sized bed. This has proved to be a very popular option!
This is a photo of the beautiful farmhouse kitchen which is in the main house (not the lodge), this is where breakfast is served unless guests prefer to eat in the Lodge.

Please note: The Bed and Breakfast rate for 'one night only' is £50 and the rate for the 'main Lodge and the annexe' booked together is £135 per night - thank you.
When The Lodge is hired as a whole, although it is on a self-catering basis, food for a full English breakfast will be provided.
